The course covers HVAC principles for cleanrooms, installation guidelines, and basic inspection approaches.

2. Introduction to ISO 14644 (1-day course)

An overview and introduction to ISO 14644 standards.
This course is limited to a maximum of 30 participants (additional participants may be accommodated with a minor surcharge).
